Our journey towards buying property in Sarasota began several years ago when we fell in love with Sarasota City and its beaches. We were not sure how we could afford a vacation home in Florida. Fate intervened, however when we embarked on a short vacation to Siesta Key. We wandered over to St Armands Circle and we saw some homes for sale, we started talking to Leslie and based on the prices of the properties we'd been following we were not sure how it was possible. Leslie observed our dilemmas and suggested that we consider a Mobile Home as they can be affordable. We were sold. Leslie doggedly chased every obstacle and gave us options to help overcome them. She made many trips to the property on our behalf, not to mention multiple phone calls and emails and finally we were just a few days from a quick flight to close on our home. Leslie met us there and walked us through the property as we had never seen the property only via facetime. She told us about the neighborhoods, showed us what kinds of plants we had in our yards, gave us some color suggestions and even joined unexpected conversations we had with our potential new neighbors. Our dream of owning a home by the beach became real. Leslie shared in our excitement and no doubt relief! Sometimes we wonder why when she was selling very expensive and high value properties, she would spend so much time helping us with our little mobile home purchase.
